Therapy for the Conscious, Complex, and Unconventional
You can call me Krissy. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and waits for you to fill the silence. I’m the kind who leans in—with presence, precision, and deep respect for your complexity.
I work with people who’ve never quite felt at home in traditional therapy. Folks who are emotionally intelligent, highly capable, and often the ones others lean on—yet privately carry a sense of disconnection, burnout, or “too muchness.” You may look like you're holding it all together, but inside? You're tired of just coping and ready for something more real.
You're not here to be fixed. You're here to come home to yourself. Whether you're navigating identity shifts, deconstructing old relational patterns, or working through spiritual disconnection—I offer therapy that meets your depth and challenges your patterns with care, not criticism. I believe in long-term love, chosen family, inner truth, and the kind of healing that lasts beyond the session.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who are deeply aware—but often deeply overwhelmed. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, trauma survivors, creatives, parents, clinicians, or leaders. You’ve likely been in therapy before. You know the tools. But you're craving something more transformational—something that honors not just your history, but your wholeness.
You want to unmask. To reconnect. To live in alignment with who you actually are—not just who you had to become.
Before private practice, I spent nearly a decade working in school settings and adolescent residential programs—supporting kids with autism, behavioral challenges, trauma histories, and complex family dynamics. I’ve facilitated hundreds of groups and 1:1 sessions with youth navigating emotional regulation, identity exploration, anxiety, and attachment wounds.
When I work with kids and teens, I don’t expect them to have it all figured out—or even be able to name what’s wrong. Instead, I meet them with curiosity, safety, and a clear structure for emotional expression. I collaborate closely with caregivers to help bridge communication gaps and build sustainable support systems. Whether they’re processing big feelings, adjusting to family changes, or navigating the unique pressures of growing up ND or LGBTQ+, this space is theirs to explore and grow.
My approach blends trauma-informed clinical depth with intuitive, relational presence. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and mindfulness-based interventions—all through the lens of expanded consciousness: emotional, spiritual, cultural, and embodied.
I’m collaborative and direct, with a focus on attunement over performance. Clients often tell me they feel more deeply seen with me than ever before—and that’s not by accident. It’s the result of being met where you are, not where you're expected to be.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
I deeply believe in long-term love, relational repair, and the transformative power of partnership. I work with couples across the spectrum—whether you're healing ruptures, navigating new parenthood, rebuilding trust, or simply trying to reconnect. My goal is never to push you apart, but to help you see each other more clearly and communicate with honesty, not harm.
Spiritual exploration is also central to my work. I help clients who feel emotionally or spiritually disconnected reclaim their intuition, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with a grounded sense of meaning—whatever that looks like for you.
I bring both formal training and lived experience into the therapy room—with an approach rooted in trauma-informed care, emotional integrity, and deep respect for the human experience.

My clinical focus includes complex trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, co-occurring disorders, grief, and burnout. I offer a space for people navigating big transitions, spiritual awakenings, and those simply tired of surviving.
I’m a neurodivergent, queer woman of color, and a proud lesbian divorcee now happily remarried to a woman I deeply love. I believe in messy healing, spiritual reclamation, and laughing at things you’re probably “not supposed to.”
I spend much of my time in nature, in deep conversation, and dreaming up new ways for people like us to feel more free.
You're not broken. You're becoming.
Whether you’re untangling survival patterns or stepping into a new chapter of selfhood—I’m here for that. Let’s do this with depth, dignity, and full presence.
