Hey, I’m really glad you’re here.

A lot of people who end up here are carrying way more than most people realize. Maybe you’ve been stuck in survival mode for a long time. Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking everything, adapting to everyone around you, masking parts of yourself, or trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling underneath it all.

Some people come to therapy in the middle of a crisis. Others just hit a point where they realize something in their life no longer feels sustainable.

Either way, you do not need to have everything figured out before starting.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and deeply individualized. I work with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, burnout, relationship issues, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, grief, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is not about forcing you into a box or “fixing” who you are. It is about helping you better understand yourself, feel safer in your own nervous system, and build a life that feels more connected, grounded, and authentic to you.

My work integrates approaches like EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed work, ACT, mindfulness, and attachment-focused care, always tailored to the individual rather than applied like a formula.

This is a space for depth, honesty, healing, and being human.
